Our 2-Day Corporate Venturing programs

provide key principles and approaches to corporate venturing. Great for executives that want to enhance their corporate venturing approach, the program gives a framework and offers insights and shared learning. Executives who have been venturing for some time have used these programs as an opportunity to broaden their understanding of venturing, and consider new geographies & sectors with peers from other leading organizations.

Andrew Gaule
GCV Academy

Andrew for over 15 years has been advising and working with leading corporates to set up Corporate Venturing and Open Innovation programs. Andrew is working in a range of strategic programs in corporates, building team capabilities, supporting drive of new ventures and building Innovative New Value ChainsTM in corporates in Europe, USA and Asia in the advisory firm, Aimava.

Ekaterina Vainberg

Ekaterina (Katy) is an innovation thought leader and ecosystem facilitator with a deep focus on startups acceleration and growth. She has a profound expertise is setting up and managing international acceleration & incubation programs (“Startup Security Challenge”, “Integrator”, “MGIMO Business-incubator”), organization of international conferences on innovation, entrepreneurship & venture capital (RAFBI, GTS), fundraising and project management (“Helikon-opera”, Charity fund “Sport, Health, Life”).

While managing acceleration programs, she has built tight collaboration with Silicon Valley, London and Russian business-angels and corporate venture funds which turned into successful investments in startups. She also served as an advisor to the General Director of one oil & gas company for venture investment priorities.

Gary Marsh
Aimava and GCV Academy

Gary leads innovation and venturing programs supporting leading global corporates. He has worked with independent, VC funded businesses, helping them develop business plans, raise funds and coach the management teams in delivering new businesses. He has worked across the energy value chain from primary extraction to retail, in the UK, Russia, Thailand and Brazil, including generation, trading, environmental management, energy retail, IT and business change. Gary played a leading role in creating a major new player in the Russian power market, advising on developing the business model, establishing effective business and team performance management and preparing the business for western investment.

George Gogolev
RVC

George has occupied a number of positions at the RVC, where he currently serves as Head of the Innovation Ecosystem Development. Prior to RVC Dr. Gogolev occupied leading positions in a number of startups in Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency and Hospitality, the latest being head of marketing and PR at a vertically integrated LED manufacturer OptoGaN.
