Howard Palmer is a partner in the Corporate Technology department and specialises in advising on venture capital investments, for both companies and investors, acquisitions and disposals as well as IPOs, particularly on AIM. He primarily works with companies in the technology, media and life sciences sectors.

YPlan on its US$12m investment from General Catalyst, Wellington, Octopus and others;
iCITY and Infinity SDC on their arrangements to secure the long-term future of the former Press and Broadcast Centres on The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park;
Mimecast Limited on an investment of US$64m from Insight Venture Partners and Dawn Capital; and
Advising Nutmeg on US$32m equity fundraising, led by new investors Balderton Capital, Schroders and others.
