Steven is experienced not only in the legal technicalities of the venture capital practice, but also in bringing different stakeholders both within and outside an organization together to efficiently tackle the often difficult dynamics present in any corporate VC transaction.
Steven was educated and trained in the US in the areas of finance, accounting and the law. He received his B.A. in political science and business economics from UCLA and his JD from the same school. He is licensed to practice law in California and qualified in China. He hopes that his abilities to speak for and understand the mindset of different actors within the corporate VC arena can make this seminar both useful and relevant to its attendees
